With an engineering degree from Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU), Mr. Sivertsen is a professional board member and advisor for companies in a wide range of industries in Norway. His previous positions include managing director of Fokus Bank ASA (now Danske Bank).
Mr. Juvel is Executive Chairman and main shareholder of international lime product manufacturer SMA Mineral Group. He has significant board experience from companies in sectors like high tech, truck and wind power.
Mr. Stavseth holds a master degree in economics and business administration from NHH, Norges Handelshøgskole, and used to be CEO of Borgestad ASA in 1990-2003. He also has board experience from various companies in the shipping and building materials sectors.
A BA from Brown University and an MPA from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Mr. Wittusen has extensive experience in international finance, investment banking, restructuring, negotiations and management. He is presently Special Advisor for industrial investment company Aker ASA where he had previously held numerous executive positions since 1996.

NBT’s team boasts rich experience in both renewable energy and in wind farms.
All key management members have extensive knowledge of renewable energy, with 10 to 25 years of experience related to project development and tailoring of complex finance solutions in the international capital market.
Joar has more than 25 years of global experience from wind power and real estate development and operations. Joar’s extensive experience and global network makes NBT a global platform for realization of utility-scale wind power projects fuelled by infrastructure capital. He is also an investor and board member in several real estate companies.

Thorstein has more than 20 years of experience from the Nordic and international power markets working for both SME and blue chip energy companies. Founder and previously CEO of the Norwegian hydropower developer Fjellkraft AS. Proven track record in business development, contract negotiations, corporate finance and project financing. Board member in Norwegian Ukraine Chamber of Commerce.
CEO Asia Operations
Walter has more than 14 years of international financial, operating and public markets experience in renewable energy and telecom sectors and is heading up all operational and development activities in Asia.
VP Project Development
Børge has more than twenty years of broad operational and strategic experience from small and medium-sized private companies whereby 10 years of proven results derives from financing of renewable energy assets in Europe.
Lars Bendik Johnsen
Project Finance Director
Lars has extensive experience in banking and finance from working in the infrastructure and energy team at IDB Invest (Inter-American Investment Corporation), in Washington DC and Bank of America, in New York. He holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian Science and Technology (NTNU).
SVP Business Development
Kyrre has more than 10 years of wind energy experience focused on project development, EPC and procurement. He has developed projects in China, Pakistan, Albania, Vietnam, Ukraine and Thailand, and successfully negotiated EPC contracts for over 1.5 GW of wind power projects, with numerous different WTG suppliers. Kyrre holds a Masters from Fudan University in Shanghai, and a B.A in Economics and Chinese Language from University of Oslo.
Martin has more than 25 years of corporate legal practice and has previously been a partner at major law firms and upheld senior inhouse positions at international corporates. For the past 10 years his principal focus has been on the sale, purchase, development and financing of wind projects and other energy infrastructure.
Eugene Kulikov Geller
Eugene has over 10 years of global leadership experience with energy major Equinor and international Joint Ventures. Most recently he worked as Business Development Manager responsible for new opportunities in the half of the world. His previous roles included Project Manager, Management Advisor to a Senior VP and various roles in Commercial and M&A. Eugene holds MBA from Duke University, USA.

Anniken has many years of working experience as project manager, client advisor and market coordinator in the financial sector in the Scandinavian markets.

Gjermund has his background from auditing and accounting in Ernst & Young and BDO.
Monica has many years of working experience from administrative work in large international companies and public organisations.
Faisal is an electrical engineer holding a PhD in renewable energy.

Bin has more than 11 years of experience from wind power project development, finance and operations in China. Long experience from China with focus on the banking and renewable energy sectors.
VP Project Development
As certified Project Management Professional, Jerry has more than 11 years of experience in wind power project development and operations in China. He oversaw the entire construction process of NBT’s first wind project.
Luis has more than 10 years of experience as wind analyst for a wind manufacturer and wind project developer. He has been involved in more than 200 projects in China and other countries related to wind measurement, micrositing, yield assessments and EPC negotiations.

Vlad has extensive international experience in senior management, business development, sales and marketing for over 20 years, which puts him in a strong position in networking and overseeing business operations in complex markets.
Qin has been working for NBT since 2011 with focus on project development, financing and operations in China and Ukraine. Prior to NBT, he gained diverse experience from doing carbon trading business, environmental campaigns and environmental reporting.
Per boasts of 50 years of work experience as sales manager, personnel manager, managing director and executive director of energy companies in Norway, Qatar, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Cyprus.
